A fresh take on the signature aperol spritz, this drink is light and refreshing, perfect for hot summer days.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
1.5 oz. Aperol
3/4 sparkling water or topochico
3-4 cucumber slices for infusion
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients, stir, pour into champagne or stemless wine glass and enjoy over ice. Garnish with cucumber slices.
